Jazz Moods Trio/Quartet

Robert,

Your playing was superb - please pass my thanks to the others. I was thinking about it afterwards and what was outstanding was the consistency - the quality of playing did not fall away at all over some three hours - the selection of pieces, the performance of them. It was a real achievement.

The only slight regret was that I did not manage to introduce you into the groups of people who formed rather rigidly around the tables (different branches of the family or friends from different phases of my life). However, there was universal acclaim for your playing and it was enjoyed hugely.

I hope I will have another occasion to use your services in the future.

I just want to say thank you to the guys last night for playing at Haberdashers Hall. They were fantastic and everyone there thoroughly enjoyed the music.

Apologies for the long delay in sending this note but we have been away. As I said to you on the day we were very pleased with all aspects of Jazz Moods at the party at the house. You performed excellently and very many of our guests have commented on how much they enjoyed the music. We had explained before that it would be casual and that people would be chatting and that we wanted you to "set the mood". This you did very well, creating a great atmosphere.

Just a note to thank you and the other two members of your Jazz Moods Trio for playing at our recent wedding at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park. It was of course a magical day for us and our guests and you certainly added to the occasion. Your entertainment helped to punctuate each point
in our afternoon especially as our guests arrived at the Mandarin Oriental, during the Champagne Reception and as guests entered the Ballroom for our Wedding Breakfast.

Maria and I certainly appreciated your great rendition of 'It had to be you..!' as we were announced by the Toastmaster.

Robert, thanks once again and I will certainly keep you in mind for any future events.

I wanted to thank you so much for fantastic music on the night and creating exactly the atmosphere that we were hoping for. Thanks for your follow up.

The party was a lot of fun and all went smoothly, even the rain held off for us which was really lucky.

To answer your questions, Jazz Moods was excellent and lived up to our every expectation. They were on time, organized, professional, sounded top notch, were friendly and looked really smart. They created the perfect ambience for the garden party and fitted in around the various activities going on, moving around the garden to play for the different groups of guests and even playing a request for one of our friends who was absolutely delighted! Thank you so much for your help in the booking. We would definitely book Jazz Moods again. The guys did a great job. Thanks again.

Just a quick note to say thank you so much to you and the rest of the dixie trio for making my wedding day so special. Sorry I did not get a chance to come over and say hello or thank you personally. However, the music sounded fantastic, you looked great and so many people commented on how great you were. With apologies for the delay, I'd like to thank you and the Dixie Trio for helping make our wedding on 25th July such a fantastic day. We - and all our guests - thoroughly enjoyed the music, and the band were very friendly, looked the part, and were really pleasant to deal with. It was exactly what we had wanted, and made for a really fun, relaxed atmosphere. Swing Thing

I am sorry that it has taken me so long to write and thank-you for the wonderful music played by Swing Thing at our wedding at Ramster on Saturday, 31st May. The music during the reception was just perfect -exactly what we wanted after dinner. A great number of people said how much they enjoyed listening to you (and dancing to you). You may find some new fans coming to the Brook Green hotel on Sunday evenings! Alex and I had a wonderful wedding and we were so pleased that we could have you playing during such an important day for us.

Swing Thing were great! They were exactly what my brother wanted and judged the atmosphere just right, they managed to get people dancing without forcing it and even let a (drunken) guest sing a song during one of their breaks (shame she couldn't sing very well!). Everyone said how good they were and my Dad said he'd definitely recommend them (which, for my Dad, is high praise indeed!). 'Chicago' went down really well as did 'It had to be You' which they did as an encore. My only complaint was that the music was so good it helped the evening go by so quickly and it was all over too soon!!

Please pass on my thanks to the guys and a massive thank you to you for all you did to make this happen for us.
