What
to expect. What time will the band arrive? Bands will arrive approximately 30-60 minutes before their performance to set up their instruments and P.A (where appropriate). All of our artists are professionals and appreciate the discretion required on arrival and departure. Will the band need equipment? All bands carry their own instruments, equipment and P.A. They will usually require access to an electricity supply. Do the band take breaks? Yes - usually two or three x 15 minute breaks depending on the length of the performance. What do they wear? Our bands are smartly dressed in either day suits, tuxedos or their own band attire. What else can I expect? Jazz Moods has selected all of our bands and artists for their professionalism and experience. We know that they will entertain any audience with style and panache. Most of our bands will accomodate any special requirements at your event - although some notice would be preferable.
