We provide professional live music for a variety of events from
weddings, garden parties and dinner dances, to corporate and commercial
entertainment. We specialise in bands playing jazz. This encompasses
a variety of jazz styles and includes traditional dixieland jazz,
mainstream jazz, swing and jump jive.
Some of the musicians are adept at other genres and can incorporate
these elements into their sets, but the predominant style stems
from swing and jazz. This means that if you're after an Abba tribute
band or a 70's soul extravaganza, we're not really the people for
you. If you're looking for a jazz trio to play for a drinks reception
or during dinner, an acoustic swing band or dixieland group to play
outside, or something bigger that will get people dancing we have
a selection for any occasion large or small.
Our Quality Assurance.
Jazz Moods is run by professional musicians. The bands and musicians
are personally chosen from amongst the very best in the profession
not just for their musical ability, but also presentation and professionalism.
New Bands.
We regret that we are unable to accept any
new bands onto our roster. It is our policy is to work only with
musicians that we know and have worked with as it means that we
are able to have a fuller knowledge of how they operate and their
suitability for a given situation.
